I'm not too familiar with this topic; however, is it possible to disable comments and ratings on a specific page? Meaning, if you have 3 pages: Page A, Page B, and Page C.. is it possible to disable comments on page A, but still allow them on page B and page C.
if not, i personally find this useful and plan to make a plugin to accomplish this.. i just didnt want to waste my time if its already able to be done. We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence then, is not an act, but a habit.
