Hi,

I think there should be some built-in logic for handling non-admins that are given specific admin permissions for the user module. At the moment if this scenario exists, the user can promote himself to become an admin of everything!

I think that the user should be able to promote/demote other users but not above the user's own user level. This rule should include the user himself.

Yes, that would be a very welcome change. I hope this can be implemented by default.

 don't like Bootstrap because it becomes bloated as soon as you step out of the framework or basic design of the bootstrap CSS's,
having a CSS file that kills in some extent the design produced by Bootstrap, is to me a bad way. I would rather go with a grid system
that isn't carrying any design and from there have the freedom to roam freely.
