CKEditor had ability to insert embeded images through encoding data in scr attribute with base64, like this:

<img alt="" src="data:image/png;base64,iVBORw0KGgoAAAANSUhEUgAAAk4AAAEiCAIAAACA5coeAAAgAElEQVR4nMS9Z5MkyZIs1EF…

But after saving it disapears from page source.

Is this behavior of HTML_purifier or another bug/feature?

Is there any way to «fix» this?  And what «cons» does this way have?
