How to set up a business directory

Members	We are planning to build a website that will serve as a business directory where local businesses could log on and upload their information and also have a personal gallery. The site is expected to gain massive traffic and invite over 100,000 business entries and pages with galleries. We also need the website to be fast loading on slow internet connections in third world countries, light on loading, and mobile phone display friendly. Help with any ideas on how we could achive this with Cotonti. Thanks

As for galleries, Page Multi Avatar plugin will help to provide them for pages. Users can submit pages if they have Write permission in categories, they can also edit their own pages. Cotonti's i18n capabilities will also help you to reach multiple countries. As for mobile friendliness, you'll need to make a separate lightweight theme for mobile devices, have a look at some mobility plugins we alread have. May the Source be with you!
