Can you skip upgrades from like 0.9.3 to 0.9.7? Because I'm having trouble finding just the updated files for 0.9.4. Thanks. |

You may skip the upgrades, but not the sql-script. In the latest version all scripts for the database are delivered with it. ... can we help you ...

Overload files from 0.9.6+ and run install.php littledev.ru - мой маленький зарождающийся блог о котонти.

In the past, you had to run all the upgrades because it's required to run all the SQL scripts to get from the old version to the new. With Siena, all you need to do is replace the files with the new ones and visit yoursite.com/install.php. The installer will automatically determine the old database version and run all the scripts sequentially so the database is updated to the latest version. With install.php it doesn't matter if there's multiple versions in between yours and the latest. When replacing files, take care not to remove your templates, datas and other custom stuff. If you just copy+paste+replace you'll be fine. |
