Wrong URL？after upgraded cotonti 0.6.15 to siena

every aera shows"Wrong URL",index.php,forum.php,etc.

Members	I just follow this:http://www.cotonti.com/docs/start/updating Overwrite old files ,Run install.php. And it showed me"successfully upgraded Cotonti to siena" but when I click "View the site",the homepage show "wrong url"
