The reason why these vars were never listed is because of the large number of them. Nontheless I think a shorter list of only the most useful ones would be a good thing, for example:
{PHP.xk} Source key for submitting form fields {PHP.i} Iterator, often used in loops (not always) {PHP.usr.*} Various information about the current user/visitor {PHP.cfg.*} Various configuration variables |
