Alex300 solution has got an integration with actual Cotonti PFS, in fact he has changed the button/link under textarea to access Cotonti PFS and directly link file/images-urls into hmtl editor... the ajaxfilemanager included in Alex300 ckeditor plugin for Cotonti is only an alternative to upload/link files in pages... Not a bad one, considering it's free (not like ckfinder).

I think PFS will never change in Cotonti... plenty of people answered for this but (after Koradhil left the project of a new PFS) this isn't a priority... and it will never be, I'm sure... unfortunately :(

Hi guys...

PFS is on my most wanted list too...
The current one is OLD and really ugly and it should have been replaced years ago.

I have made an uploader plugin ezpfs... and that was a start for changing all off this.
I have integrated it into the editor, but it is not (by far) a pfs replacement yet !!!
see the screenshot: ezpfs-integration_494.jpg

I wanted a tree view
better UI
MUCH better way to select files when needed in a page (this one is really bad)

HELL, maybe I will make a start at this pfs thing... nobody else seems to want to develop it.
(My time is limited however, BUT the pfs is one of the things that really needs to be replaced)

By the way this is off topic... (the topic is about an editor, not pfs)
==- I say: Keep it EZ -==
