I think all external urls' target should be "_blank". If everybody agrees with me I'll make a revision(with some little stuff which are not very important so i didn't wanted to make a revision for)

Actually no, According to W3C standards if I remember correctly somewhere, no url should have _blank, it should be up to the user how they are handled.
I think its only allowed for frames now for most compliances |

Yeah but even user's site url opens in the same page.

Leave it to the admins to decide.
There's a plugin http://www.cotonti.com/datas/users/22-extlinks.rar |

Agreed, leave it for admins who can use simple stuff for it.
no url should have _blank
I think ths is a stupidity - according to W3C standards... How to open links from no-resizable popup window? btw. Also, I think you guys should know that, because we use here XHTML in "strict mode" In this mode <iframe> element is not allowed too... LOL, I just discovered this. Perl - the only language that looks the same before and after RSA encryption.

^.^ Seems like they foresaw mass use of AJAX+divs when making that XHTML Strict paper. I'm puzzled with _blank really, can someone show me that point in XHTML standard?
