sed_cc behavior

Well, sed_cc is somewhat causing troubles from times to times: some entities replaced, some left, etc. I wonder why htmlspecialchars() is not used instead. I have uploaded htmlspecialchars version of sed_cc() in trunk, so please test it and report if it causes any problems.
May the Source be with you!

The *_cc() function was there since early version of LDU. I think Olivier wanted to take full control over it... but you're right, it could be easly replaced by htmlspecialchars()
