Who's online in common.php

Contributors	The whole thing should be moved to plugin instead. Also, I dont think its a good idea to display "Who's online" box here, for guests. thoughts? Perl - the only language that looks the same before and after RSA encryption.

I believe, core implementions basics are these: -If there is no way making it an outsider, -Or, like, if the plugin is so popular and making it plugin is a pain in the ass, it is in the core. Who's online is both, no need to play with this feature, I vote it to be stay as the way it is.

-If there is no way making it an outsider,
-Or, like, if the plugin is so popular and making it plugin is a pain in the ass, it is in the core.

Who's online is both, no need to play with this feature, I vote it to be stay as the way it is.
