When you submit a page,I would like the person to see the icon of the cat that they are submitting in.I tried to display an image,but it said "You Are Not Allowed To Do This".Can someone help me out?

I just put an <img src="exampleimg"> tag where the category field was.It didn't work though and the page did not get recorded in the database.
