In the coming days, I loaded in SVN alter the structure of the admin panel

A short list of changes:
- Merged admin.tpl files and admin.inc.tpl (Admin menu now contains mainly the template admin panel)
- Section admin panel "pages" is divided into "pages" and "Categories" (I think this is logically correct hearted)
- Extra fields for categories
- Modified "page.queue" and as this subsection moved to the section "Pages"
- Subdivision "page.catorder" merged with the table settings categories

Several screenshots can help you to understand what it is

I was tester of this modifications. I can say that these changes are very attractive and comfortable in use!!! Adminarea becomes more intuitive!!!

снижение стоимости программирования и снижение стоимости производства разные вещи. Первое можно скорее сравнить с раздачей работникам дешевых инструментов, чем со снижением зарплаты

That looks very organized. :)

I know I personally feel, thats sometimes cotonti could use a little more organization..... this is another step in the right direction.

P.S. Appearance of the queue for approval is not final and will be susceptible to improvement

Looks promising. Maybe change 'categories' to 'site structure'? Sounds even more intuitive imo.

I think categories sounds far more logical. "site structure" sounds like something that escaped from a programming book, while categories actually has a name that everyone calls site structure in the first place.

My two cents from observing regular users interacting with the cms.

Выглядит не плохо, полезность - типа быстрой ссылки в админке?

Well, right now categories is fine, because it resides in pages, but when you take it out and put it in a separate spot, a new user would likely be wondering 'categories of what?' when they see it. It's not self-explanatory. I can see categories work just fine when you've used it before, just not so well for a first-time user. Luckily the icon above it does most of the explaining.

Maybe it's also a good idea to rename 'other' to 'modules' and put it next to plugins. We would need a new modules icon though, I think a piece of puzzle would work very well (it's used in many other CMS's for plugins).

Truthfully why do we even need to move categories out from where it is?, it can still keep all the new features. But since its still 100% linked and hand in hand with "Pages" It would be more appropriate to leave it where it is?

Granted there probably is some restructuring and such that could be done in area's
