Its not been released really only due to me never releasing it.
I've just got new PC hardware and I installed Vista 64bit now, so give me a few days and i'll see about releasing it. |

Doesn't take anything special, just upload and install http://www.cotonti.com/datas/users/pastebin_1.rar Well it does require you to use Chili for Syntax Highlighting
