Yes it does that but the config option should be added back. Some may not want it, I know of atleast 1 other person that has mentioned it to me, i'll add a ticket for it.

Fixed.
But, It has really no point besides the optionality. If you want to use edit, you can, but now you can: -merge posts (by default) -use anti bump -and standard old double post feature |
