I'm sure I have seen this bug before, a long ago in Seditio. It's something with tag assignment or cache or sorting.

Seriously speaking, I've been getting the bug since Seditio v110 but never found a reason which caused it. Any ideas?

Either a bug with Online generation/tracking, or a bug in the plugin itself.
The only way to possibly confirm that would be to see the problem then check the SQL DB to see what it shows |

BTW, I have seen the same problem with messed rows in users.php.
