Sorry Dyllon, I think my earlier question got missed: Will this be a sepeate extension to the user profiles or will you simply be able to include it with tags and seperate tpl files? |

This plugin hooks into the user module, and adds tags to users.details.tpl. On a side note I did notice the suggestion in another topic to include something such as @username, and I really like the idea. We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence then, is not an act, but a habit.

Yeah, would work nicely if you posted @someone it would display it in your feed as well as theirs. For adding friends it might be cool if you could do something like Google+ circles. It might be overly complicated but it's a nice idea. |

Maybe it's an idea for a seperate extended userwall plugin. In the old days there was something like that, and I think it should return. |

I've nearly finished everything for the initial release. I'm just cleaning up the code, and converting the template to the nemesis theme. This version will only feature user walls, and a friendslist. I'm going to begin working on a mini-feed, like button, and possibly photo albums for the next release. We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence then, is not an act, but a habit.

You dyllon, can you do me a small favor? Can you add global tags for new wall posts? like this tag:
{PHP.usr.messages}
(it shows the amount of unread/new messages for the p.m. system). Like mentioned in this post. I would be gratefull. Added 28 minutes later: some ideas: - maybe fun to include some kind of karma/points/likes system for pages, comments and forumpost? (this too with a global output) - Trophies system?

Yeah I planned to add a notifications system in the next release, along with the famous like button for pages/forums. As for a trophies system I dont even know what that is? We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence then, is not an act, but a habit.

Trophies: receive a trophy (given image) for x forum post, comments, pages, completing the profile, etc.. Reddit has something similar too. Added 3 minutes later: admin side of trophies should't be that difficult. a box for the amount of posts (50, 100, 200, etc), a box for hwat kind of post (forum, comments, etc) and a box for the link to the image and of-course a add line button for the next trophy. Output should only be on the users profile page Added 33 seconds later: God.. why do I find php so hard to learn...

I plan to release 2 social plugins for Siena by easter: notification feed (like facebook news feed) and rewards. I have both coded for heavily cusomized Genoa, so I need to make a bit lighter and more universal versions and then convert them to Siena. May the Source be with you!
