This plugin was a part of the main package in Cotonti versions prior to 0.9.8. It is an administrator tool which can mass-move topics from one forum section to another.
Installation

Download the ZIP package, extract it to a temporary folder.

Upload "massmovetopics" folder to your Cotonti "plugins" folder.

Go to Administration / Extensions and install the plugin.
