It can be done by plugin also.
This is a very nice application, but every account to one machine, I can't trust it. Or Maybe I'm being paranoid. |

Seen things like this before, Can do it for a plugin if wanted, for core I'd have to say no.

Well obvisouly this would tie in to the commenting engine, but content engines like drupal have this implemented into the registration core as well (getting and prefilling info)
