Moderator rights for the topic starter

This plugin will allow the starter of a topic to moderate the topic (get admin rights). Note that this will also reveal user's IP addresses to the topic starter.

Does it make it so moderator and admins comments arent deleted?

There is no such protection included. Could be something for the next release but I need to see if its possible without modifying the core.

Ah it will be needed. A user member may have a problem with a mod or admin and will just delete whatever messages they post.
