All links to external sites are not working.
The download link is a link to an external site. This is because when there is a change I can change it directly because I'm admin at that site. Here the direct link to the site: http://www.dutchcotonti.com/list.php?c=skins CAN ADMINS CHECK THE LINKS AT THE SKIN SECTION? (I'm not jelling, it makes it more visible) ... can we help you ...

The link works, but it is not direct. Direct links to file downloads from external Cotonti sites are not available because anti-leech is enabled on those sites.

This is not how this site works, it is like your site works: links like page.php?a=dl check referer and block requests from external sites. So you see the page first, and then can download something. This is not what we invented, it was present in Seditio ages ago.

Is that a real problem they have to see dutchcotonti site to download the file? You could use direct links to datas/users, but this way it won't count the hits.

This is why I normally link to the normal page @ dutchcotonti, instead of linking to the download link or directly to the file. The anti-leech protection at dutchcotonti requires users to view the download page first, before the actual download link will work.
