How do i get a choice on the "Remember Me" checkbox? Like 30 Days|60 Days etc

There is no such an option anymore, it was removed for simplicity. An administrator can set default cookie life time in Administration => Configuraion => Main setup.

hmm 5184000 seconds is equal to 60 days, but im never logged on for that long...

There are many reasons why that happens. The most common is dynamic IP.

An IP that changes every couple of hours/days depending on your provider.
