Форуми / Cotonti / Skins / New skin: Axis4

For the forums: table starts out of the subforums tag, so the are visible borders under the link to the forum without subforums. Don't think you can do anything about it though, unless you go for

{FORUMS_SECTIONS_ROW_SLAVE}<br />

which is not the best solution HTML-wise :)
