Error updating from 0.9.13 to 0.9.15

Members	Good afternoon, I've taken the plunge and updated from 0.9.13 to 0.9.15. Both install.php scripts suggest the installation was successful. However, when trying to view: admin.php?m=config admin.php?m=structure&n=page admin.php?m=extensions admin.php?m=other I get this error: http://i.imgur.com/3G27roJ.png (screenshot taken after attempting to visit the extensions section - the errors are practically identical) Every other aspect of the upgrade appears successful apart from these errors in the admin panel. I'm holding back updating the live site until this can be solved. Please advise!
