в файле /modules/polls/polls.index.php
...
Hooks=index.tags
Tags=index.tpl:{INDEX_POLLS}
превращаем в
Hooks=index.tags,page.tags
Tags=index.tpl:{INDEX_POLLS};page.tags:{INDEX_POLLS}
заходим в свойства модуля и жмемь кнопавку "Абнавить".
