Can no longer upload files in PFS since 0.9.11?

Cause I set all those values before already I never figured it was reset with the 0.9.11 update. Yes, I had to re-set the values for both max file size as well as total file size for PFS per user. Waisted hours on this trying to solve it........I feel a bit stupid now :) Thanks for the help, I appreciate it. But maybe you might want to think about wether you wish to list such changes in the release notes?
