Форуми / Cotonti / Support / pass recover + fp_html FROM sed_forum_posts

Hello. Im runing the site based on cotonti for some time now. I started from cot, w/o converting from sed or any other cms.

There are some Inactive users, its like some users recived activation link, some didint... Some acount remain innactive (272 members and 91 innactive)

I never noticed that problem, could any1 guide me? "where, how or what"? Also the pass recover doesnt work at all..

my host uses:

PHP : 5.3.3-7+squeeze3
Zend : 2.3.0

small update, i used t3-postman to "force" site to send again activation link, after fe hours my admin mail me that he has alot mails with "failed to deliver"...

One more thing

how could i "reload", i mean create again fp_html from fp_text? from the "digging" i did i think it cannot be done from sql, any tip where i could search my answer?

does the "Clear HTML cache" does the job?!
