Форуми / Cotonti / Support / Updating from Seditio to Cotonti

OK so my site is Seditio not to sure what version. I wana Update to Cotonti with out Losing all the Users/Pages/Forums/News, is there any way to do this ?

I also need to Convert my Current theme to Cotonti how hard will that be.
