Truthfully I have no idea what would cause that template not to be parsed, because there is no code that could potentially cause it. The only thing that I have noticed to be wrong in your configuration is $cfg['mainurl'] in datas/config.php which should not contain trailing slash.
I would recommend trying to reinstall it (in case some files were corrupted). May the Source be with you!
