Members	can you give a link to your website that might help? If you don't see anything on your homepage then it might not have installed correctly. But if you mean you can't see the admin pannel then you have to log in and you will automatically become the administration. to create a new user (I think this is what you mean anyways) go Here Wait how did you create a new database but not a user. If you signed up, you should be able to log in.
