There is no new SQL file. Is this normal?

The SQL file is the same as in 0.6.3, there has been no changes in the database since then.

I can't open the file the download link gives me for this...

the file it downloads is named cotonti-0.6.5.7z

My computer can't open it/doesn't recognise it...

@ Abkazian - No, You must update one at a time.
6.2 > 6.3 > 6.4 > 6.5

@ captain - you could just use winrar :p
