A very basic development theme for Cotonti Siena, built with Bootstrap 3.

#2. Installation

1. Place the folder 'skeletonti' in your Cotonti themes folder.
2. Enable the theme by setting: $cfg['defaulttheme'] = 'skeletonti'; in datas/config.php.
