phpFreeChat 1.3 integration

#1. Features:

• For phpFreeChat features visit http://www.phpfreechat.net/
• Integrated as a normal plugin (using iframe).
• Cotonti user integration with support for admin permissions and guest login.
• Shows online user count in header via {PHP.pfc_cnt} tag

#2. Installation instructions:

1. Unpack the archive into your Cotonti folder, so that '_chat.php' stays in the root and 'phpfreechat' stays in the 'plugins' folder.
2. Visit http://www.phpfreechat.net/ and download the latest version tarball.
3. Unpack phpFreeChat into your 'plugins/phpfreechat' folder (so that there are folders 'plugins/phpfreechat/data', 'plugins/phpfreechat/src', etc.).
4. Set CHMOD 777 for 'plugins/phpfreechat/data' and its contents.
5. Go to your Admin panel and install the "PHP Free Chat" plugin.

#3. Customization

• You can set the basic layout of the iframe by editing plugins/phpfreechat/tpl/phpfreechat.tpl
