The Personal File Storage (PFS) is the place where you store photos, files or similar, that you want to be able to publish on the site. The PFS is located in the menu, under "My Files"
Before you can add an e.g. image or video to a forum post, you need to upload it to your PFS. Not all file types are allowed. It is the site Administrator that decides what files you can upload, and how big they are allowed to be.
Looking at the picture below, we will explain the different things available in the PFS:
First of all, make sure that you have uploaded your image to your PFS. Naveigate to the place where you want to insert an image (Like a forum post,or a page). Then you select "My Files" that is located underneath the Markitup editor. A pop-up windows will appear that looks like this:
Here you will see 3 icons next to your image. Depending on which of the icons you click, the image will be inserted differently:
Depending on the browser you use, the link to the PFS will either be inserted where your cursor is, or at the end of the text. However, just copy/paste the link at the appropriate location within your text.
As an example of how it can look in the text (in this example BBcode is used as markup), this is what the text for the 3 icons look like, incl. the links:

[img]datas/users/icon-pasteimage_1.gif[/img] Clicking this icon will insert your picture as an image. [url]datas/users/icon-pastefile_1.gif[/url]Clicking this icon will insert a link to your picture.
