I'm planning to put Contoni in my language. Can you give me some directions as to how I can do it?

You need to translate all language files to your language.
Copy all language files and change the language code to yours.
Translate all text after = between the brackets
To know which files see another language package. eg. http://www.cotonti.com/locales/polish_langpack ... can we help you ...

BTW, it's a good idea for an article. Can somebody write an article about how to make a new language pack for Cotonti and put it in appropriate documentation section? May the Source be with you!
