Sorry for being so picky about this, but the Seditio's GMT time offset is still not right.
In fact its +1 GMT now.
I use this page as a reference: http://www.worldtimeserver.com/current_time_in_UTC.aspx
Perl - the only language that looks the same before and after RSA encryption.

Thats because in your profile you have it set to +1 so that would be why its +1 GMT

No, in my profile I have two clocks: the internal GMT and my local time (+1 GMT)

Profile:
2008-09-10 09:45 GMT / 2008-09-10 10:45 GMT1 hour

see, the red clock should be exactly the same as www.worldtimeserver.com - but it isnt.
I hope this is clear for you :)

We really should design something to Autmoatically Adjust for DST like other CMS's have.
