Foren / Cotonti / Support / Password recover does not work ?

I am logged in, because my browser remembers my password...
BUT I forgot :(
I have tried the recover option, but I do NOT get an email..
I have tried several email addresses.. (1 seems to be it)

What to DO... when you don't receive an email :/

If you are logged in. You can see your email in Profile. And maybe you can give yourself a new password. For me, myr password is filled in below automatically in Chrome.

I did not receive anything and my email works... I did a test with other mail accounts...

Seems like Cotonti is NOT sending emails, to me anyway, ?????? :/
Now i am getting confused

I recovered IT with a tool: password recovery.

BUT check that possible email problem...

Probably for security, but it is not nice not being able to change that :O

Are you using google apps for email? I know google apps doesnt receive automated (scripted) email.

You could ask an admin to reset your password manually if nothing works.

Spam filters are good & evil at the same time. I'd like to ask others to check if they can receive notification e-mails from this site.

Changing e-mail address is disabled for security reason. If you really need to do that, you can contact an administrator (e.g. me).

In general this behavior is customizable in Cotonti administration panel, so you can disable it on your own site.

Normally I get an email when I got a PM.
I don't get a lot of PMs, but the last ones I didn't get the email notification.

Same here, I'm not getting an email when I receive a new PM, even though I have the option enabled in my profile.

OK, probably sendmail here is broken, I'll ask an admin to check it.

Added 1 day later:

There was a bug on this server, it is now fixed.
