disable shield and antihammer for admin to let him work free on website

I wonder if all webmasters feel fine with these features enabled when they are working on their websites to test everything...
It's very annoying for the Admin to stop working everytime they click to fast...  in [color=#729FCF][b]BLUES[/b][/color] I trust

I'd vote for disabling. Really annoying thing if you have to test the site.
