Modcp wont work

Members	http://www.cotonti.com/downloads/plugins/administration/68 This plug i installed with no problems and yet it still will not work. the "Warn" and"Report" and pretty much everything will not show up.

I think since 0.6.13 the modcp no longer shows the report and the warn button in the comments when the pagination is activated (meaning there are more comments on a page than you wish to display on a single page). Only on the first page of comments the buttons will display, not on any of the other pages. Only on the first page of comments the buttons will display, not on any of the other pages.
