Timezone not correct

help me pls, the timezone is not correct, how will i fix it? is it a bug?
 even if i set the right timezone GMT +8 timezone here in the phillipines, its still dont match with the time here server timezone GMT +8 Default timezone GMT +8 my profile timezone GMT +8 [b]I give you stuffs... and my stuffs i give you![/b] :D

Where is your web server located? you need to adjust off the servers time.

On a side note. When I have a default time zone of -06 set for "new users and guests" all registered users still get the GMT time.

You are right, the default time zone is not applied on user profiles when they register. That's easy to fix.
