I've uploaded and installed the Seditio Compatiblity plugin so does that mean i can install any seditio plugins now? or is there something special that i have to do?

Actually a majority of the seditio plugins should work with cotonti out of the box.
The seditio compatibility plugin is only for the old bbcodes. <a href="http://www.domenlo.com">Surreal Art</a>

hmm the tpl editor doesnt seem to work.. any idea why? it tells me: "[ERROR] (Try again) Could Not Open File: File appears to be empty: skins/sed-dark/admin.tpl" Gateway Design Network:<br />
