i get this when tryin to import it into phpmyadmin

The problem is your trying to upload a rar file

phpmyadmin, only accepts, plain text .sql files, zip archive with a plain text sql in it, or a gzip archive with a plain text sql in it

no, you have to unzip it to .sql form
use WinRAR to extract it.

I put the SQL folder of cotonti in phpmyadmin so far Uploading the files to the sever

Yeah I oils it be that I don't have FTP filezilla well I have it but I got
