No, the skins have absolutely nothing to do with cpanel's file manager.
What you need to do is rename config-sample.php to config.php. That has been the problem all along - config.php doesnt exist (check your site) <a href="http://www.domenlo.com">Surreal Art</a>

Sounds like you have quite the fan-base Lombi LOL
when you make a my sql account (which you will find in the cPannel) it should list all the information you need to enter in all of those fields (basically word-for-word what you need) . Then just copy and paste the info in the config file. |
