I never wanted to bother with this stuff but...MINE DOESEN'T EITHER!!

You have to goto Admin > Users > add extrafields or (admin.php?m=users&s=extrafields)

Goto the bottom and add a new field the name needs to match the XXXX of your tag (but lowercase) The rest should be pretty self explanitory

I don't want to be rude, but take your time, read the posts and think. How come the engine will know which tag is which as you add multiple XXXX tags? Even you cannot tell it, what about the code. Seriously I can't believe in this lack of logic.

Read the posts and at least try to understand them, then try to apply it in your engine in all possible ways just as you understood the way to do it, and then if it doesn't work, come back and tell exactly what you were doing. Don't come here back every 5 minutes telling that it doesn't work, just like that.

Tell what you did, step by step, as detailed as possible, otherwise we cannot point you where you did a mistake.
