When i try to change or delete TAGS i always get an SQL error. ?

Are you sure that there ain't a little ' somewhere in the tag that you are looking to change or delete ?
I've got that problem once on a page and it was solved by using PhpmyAdmin and change the text on ID 12345 within the database. Somehow ' and " are not to compliant with Cotonti or any other CMS. Seems strange. I have no good solution for you.
