Check the permissions: http://www.cpelite.co.cc/admin.php?m=rightsbyitem&ic=polls&io=a
Make sure the right groups that can vote have the good permissions. Do you have the latest version? Because I saw this error opening the site in the site with an old version. If it is please upgrade. @everybody, is there a way to see with Cotonti version it is running when you are NOT admin? ... can we help you ...
