Ok can anyone tell me how to fix this error:
Warning: mysql_error(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL-Link resource in C:\xampp\htdocs\FOURM\system\database.mysql.php on line 97 2009-03-04 16:33 Fatal error : Could not select the database ! Please check your settings in the file datas/config.php MySQL error : How do i fix i checked the database name which i thought it might be and it is alright its the same. COME ON I GOT NO HELP HERE |

Upon extracting cotonti, you need to create a copy of the datas/config.sample.php and rename it to config.php, update this files values with your SQL and server information.

Remember, for xampp (local), your database user/pass is probably:
user: root pass: -empty- At least this is what I use when I run a local copy with EasyPHP (xampp alternative). |
