As for me I need this:
1/ multiselect in polls
2/ simple add new poll and simple edit old polls
3/ vote by id and vote by ip
4/ simple include captcha to vote but by plugin - not as default
5/ can vote only some usergroups not every one
6/ simple add pollsystem in your plugins
