On the hosting limit of 100 messages per hour, if there is more then disconnect the site.
And the Artist already knows that he has put his project, why should he be notified of this?

На хостинге ограничение в 100 сообщений в час, если будет больше то отключат сайт.
А Исполнитель и так знает что он поставил свой проект, зачем его об этом уведомлять?
