Is it possible to split those like it is with Tags?
{INDEX_TAG_CLOUD} shows only the tags and you can use "plug.php?e=tags&a=all" to create a link to all tags.

I deleted "<p class="small textcenter"><a href="https://www.cotonti.com/{IPOLLS_ALL}">{PHP.L.polls_viewarchives}</a></p>" from polls.index.tpl and uploaded it to my theme under /plugins
but it doesn't work.

What is best to do?

While typing this I thought of something. Polls is a module. So I uploaded it to themes/my_theme/module/
Now it works.
